ACT composite 22, all sub scores
min. 20 or
SAT combined 1020, min. reading 490
and math 480
and
Cumulative 3.0 GPA and Core
3.0 GPA
Remember, if you dont
currently meet these qualifications, you have until June. Remember to keep your
cumulative and core GPA up during spring semester!
If you receive scholarships or
awards from colleges or other entities, and you would like for them to be
announced at formal awards, you must
bring award letters to Mrs. Minardi by Thursday, May 9.
Remember,
The FAFSA must be completed to receive financial assistance and scholarships
(including the PROMISE). Go to

The Out of the Easy
Writing Scholarship contest
awards $5000 to the student who best responds to the selected essay

The University of Dayton offers a
$40,000 scholarship to incoming students. Go to

The 180 Medical Scholarship is
open to students attending a two-year, four-year, or grad school program
full time. Applicants must be under a physician's care for a spinal cord
injury, spina bifida, transverse myelitis, or neurogenic bladder. Five $1000
scholarships will be awarded. Apply online at

Reminders

ACT and SAT registration info is available in the counseling office. Fee
waivers are available for students on free or reduced lunch.

When you apply to colleges or register for the NCAA, come to the counseling
office to request that your transcript be sent.

Guys by law, you must register for the Selective Service within 30 days of
your 18th birthday. You cannot qualify for federal grants or
loans for college, job training benefits, or many state and federal jobs
without registering. Visit www.sss.gov.
